Mrs. Bonnie Delciotto
Mrs. Delciotto began her teaching career in 1998. She has worked for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for the past 20 years. Mrs. Delciotto has spent the majority of her time teaching American History and English Language Arts to seventh and eighth graders at Holy Family School. She has also been a Resource Room teacher, Student Support Coordinator, Gifted teacher, and Honors Math teacher. Mrs. Delciotto’s last two years at Holy Family were spent as the Assistant Principal.
Mrs. Delciotto’s educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Cabrini University, a PreK-12 Principal Certification, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from West Chester University. Mrs. Delciotto views a collaborative school environment as the key to a successful school. She believes that working closely with faculty, staff, and parents is essential to educating children.
During her free time, Mrs. Delciotto enjoys photography, graphic design, reading, camping and spending time with her family!
Mrs. Niki Gormont
Mrs. Gormont is eager to start her first year at Saint Aloysius. She has a Bachelor's degree from Neumann University along with a Masters in Education from University of Phoenix. She has been involved with children of all ages for over a decade. Outside of school she loves spending time with her husband and four children.
Mrs. Rebecca Shych
Mrs. Shych graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Immaculata University. She is certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Early Childhood Education and is a master catechist.
Mrs. Sue Ann Dudek
Mrs. Sue Ann Dudek graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor of Science. She is certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Elementary Education. Mrs. Dudek continues to grow as an educator by attending professional development programs and workshops. She is a certified Project Lead the Way teacher. She is very excited to include STREAM in the Kindergarten curriculum. She also teaches dance classes to the students at Saint Aloysius and is the lead choreographer for school shows and liturgies. Mrs. Dudek is a 2016 Hall of Fame Honoree recognized by the Foundation for Catholic Education and Montgomery County Catholic Schools Advisory Council. Mrs. Dudek is also a master catechist.
Mrs. Sue Kalil
Mrs. Susan Kalil graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Millersville University. She is certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Early Childhood/Elementary Education. She is also certified in Wilson Reading Systems is a trained Project Lead the Way STEM teacher. Mrs. Kalil has received her master catechist certificate and has been teaching at St. Aloysius for 20 years.
Miss Danielle Moser
Miss Danielle Moser graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education PreK thru 4th grade. She is certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Early Childhood and is in the process of becoming a Master Catechist. Miss Moser is also in the process of obtaining her Masters in Education from Holy Family University. She loves teaching second grade at St. Aloysius and is excited for her fourth year here to begin.
Mrs. Emily Haldeman
Mrs. Emily Haldeman is a graduate of Penn State Berks University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education PreK thru 4th grade. She is certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a Google Certified Educator. She also has experience coaching athletes at both the middle and high school levels. Fun Fact: She attended St. Aloysius from Kindergarten thru 8th grade, and her dream was to teach at this school. She accomplished her dream and has been a faculty member since 2014. Mrs. Haldeman has taught Library/ Technology to grades PS thru 8th grade and has taught Prek- 3 for the past 3 years. In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband, two children, family/ friends, and watching Penn State Football.
Mrs. Danielle Rahill
Mrs. Danielle Rahill graduated from Holy Family University with a Bachelor of Science. She is certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Elementary Education. Mrs. Rahill also holds a Master of Arts degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix. She has taught in both public and private schools. She loves teaching and always knew she wanted to be a teacher since the fourth grade! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters. She also enjoys reading and vacationing on the beach.

Mrs. Janel Hogan
I am excited to be part of the Saint Aloysius team and am looking forward to my third year at the school. I received my BA in education at Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas in 1985. I have taught for nineteen years. Some of those years were spent in the younger grades and the last ten were in junior high. Fifth grade is one of my favorite grades and getting to spend the day with them is a true joy. I am very excited to meet my new group of fifth graders for the 2021-2022 school year!

Mr. Anthony Palmieri
Mr. Palmieri is a graduate of St. Pius X and went to high school in our building! He is a graduate of Cabrini University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education. He is certified to teach grades K-6 by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also certified in Middle School Language Arts. Mr. Palmieri brings to Saint Aloysius over five years of teaching experience in both public and private schools. Mr. Palmieri continues his education through Professional Development, and is enrolled through Holy Family University for his Master’s Degree in School Leadership. Using his training with STEM, Mr. Palmieri was the coordinator of the St. John Neumann Summer Academy, which was held over the Summer of 2018 at Saint Aloysius. Mr. Palmieri serves his community as a local Realtor and provides in-school tutoring before and after school. Mr. Palmieri and his wife have two children. Outside of school, he enjoys sports, food and traveling.

Miss Kathryn Weller
Ms. Kathryn Weller graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Secondary English Language Arts Education. She has worked with young minds throughout her college experience as a writing center tutor, orientation leader, and cast member at Walt Disney World. When she is not teaching, she is reupholstering recycled fashion, lifting weights at her crossfit gym, or playing with her dog Daisy in the Schuylkill River. She teaches 7th and 8th grade English Language Arts and 6th and 7th grade Social Studies; her favorite topic to teach is Sentence Diagramming.

Ms. Ashley Davis
Ms. Davis joined the Saint Aloysius family at the start of the 2019-2020 school year. She has a BS in elementary and kindergarten education from Penn State. She also holds middle school certifications in English, Social Studies, Science and Math as well as a Master’s degree from Cabrini University in curriculum, instruction and assessment. She loves teaching and always knew this was her calling. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family including her two children who also attend here at St Als!
Ms. Kimberly Lightcap
Ms. Kimberly Lightcap is a graduate of West Chester University. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. Ms. Lightcap is certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Elementary Education K-6, and Secondary education, Middle Years Science 7-9. Ms. Lightcap continues her education through Professional Developments. She has educated students of all ages for over a decade.

Mrs. Leslie Jenschke
Mrs. Leslie Jenschke joined the Saint Aloysius family in 2020. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Mathematics from Lock Haven State College and a master's degree from Wilkes University in curriculum and instruction. She has 25 years of teaching experience. Mrs. Jenschke and her husband have two grown children and three grandchildren.
Music Education and Choir Director
Mrs. Gloria Harrison
Mrs. Gloria Harrison is a 2017 graduate of Lancaster Bible College where she obtained her Bachelors in Music. She has played the violin for over 20 years and knew in middle school that she wanted to become a music teacher. Mrs. Harrison has a wide variety of teaching experience and is currently the String Ensemble Director at Pope John Paul II High School as well as an Adjunct Violin Instructor at The Hill School. She also enjoys teaching private violin lessons. When not making music Mrs. Harrison enjoys spending time with her husband and their 2 cats.
Visual Art Education
Mrs. Kathleen Lazaunikas
Mrs. Kathleen Lazaunikas graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Art Education and Aesthetics from Kutztown University. She is certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Art Education and Aesthetics. Along with her many years of teaching she has been awarded the honor of being one of the Who’s Who Among American’s Teachers, designed the logo for the 2005 National Catholic Education Convention and the prestigious Gold Bell Ringers Award for Design in Philadelphia.
Technology and Library (all Students)
Mrs. Deanna Cunningham joined the St. Aloysius family in 2019. She graduated from Millersville University with a degree in Elementary Education (K-8). She has been teaching in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for over 25 years. She has taught different grade levels, but her love of technology led her to become specialized in technology, which she has taught for the last 10 years.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and creating things.
Mrs. Carolyn Coelho
Mrs. Coelho graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from East Stroudsburg University. Since graduating, Mrs. Coelho has coached, mostly basketball, at the elementary, middle school, and high school levels. Having four children of her own, she enjoys helping them with their activities: soccer, cheerleading, field hockey, and track and field.
World Language Instruction (4-8)
Mrs. Faria Rota
Mrs. Rota has been an educator for the past ten years. She has taught from elementary to undergraduate students, as well as corporate training. Her expertise in curriculum writing and development in English and Spanish has allowed her to work with different organizations within the region such as: YWCA, SEIU Training and Education Fund, PA CareerLink, amongst others.
In her earlier years in Panama, she completed her education from an all girls catholic school, Mary Immaculate High School, then completed her Bachelor's in International Business.
Her passion for education and development encouraged her to fulfill her Master Degree in Education and Training from University of Phoenix and her Lean Belt Six Sigma from Villanova University.
Mrs. Rota now teaches Spanish at St. Aloysius, St. Mary's and she is a Prevention Facilitator for Montgomery and Chester County.
